Job Description

Just Lawn Care, LLC a growing lawn and landscaping company seeking a talented individual to help join our team!  We’re looking for hard working mowing crew helpers to assist with our increasing workload.  Please see below for a few key points:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate in the execution of all work orders with other crew members

• Reports directly to his/her crew leader

• Operates all lawn mowing equipment and vehicles in a safe manner

• Interacts with clients and vendors with a professional and positive demeanor at all times

• Ensures all work is completed at a high standard

Desired Skills and Experience​

• Experience with mowing, shrub trimming, mulching, etc., a plus but not required

• Heavy lifting and other manual labor intensive tasks, as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Drivers License 

• Demonstrated ability to be able to work effectively with a team

• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday ( Lawn Maintenance )

• Friday ( Landscaping Work, as needed )

Compensation/Benefits

• Hourly Pay starting at $16.50 - $20.00 / Hour ( Pay based on experience )

• Full Time, 35-40 Hours
